Care Instructions:- Wash with dish detergent before first use. Wash with soft side of the sponge. Do not use scrub, brush or polishing powder. Rinse or wash immediately after use. Wipe dry before storing in safe dry place. Prolonged contact with acidic substances and salt may cause pitting and staining. Use synthetic or wooden cutting board. Never cut on marble, glass plate, ceramic, steel or any other surfaces not designed for cutting. When knife becomes dull, re-sharpen and straighten with Fukuro Honing Steel Sharpener. Sharpness of knife is important to ensure safeness during usage.
